3-Day Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Tour From Los Angeles**S

I am looking at booking this tour for two people on wed the 2nd January 2013. We will need to be picked up in Vegas at Ballys at 2pm. Is it possible to stay on board and depart the tour in Los Angeles on the 4th? Could you also tell me the itinerary for this time please, and where we will be dropped off in LA ? Also, how cold is it going to be at the Grand Canyon as we are from Australia!? Thanks

Hi Amanda:

If you start the tour in Las Vegas, you would need to depart in Los Angeles.

This tour would not return to Las Vegas after the overnight stay in the Grand Canyon, as the tour will go straight to Los Angeles on the third day.

The availibility of the tour starting in Las Vegas depends on the number of passengers booked for that starting point on specific travel dates.

Once you make your reservation, we will be able to confirm if on your travel dates, the tour will start from Las Vegas.

Please note that during the winter months, it is more likely for the tours to depart first from Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a timed itinerary for the tour as it depends on weather and traffic.

Please refer to the pick-up locations under the Easy Book section of the tour page, as they are also the drop-off locations.

In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

Currently the weather in the Grand Canyon during the winter months ranges between 40-60 degrees Farenheit.

Just to ask whether I can request to upgrade the hotel in Las Vegas to the nearest center strip. If allowed, please let us know the list of hotel and rate.

Hi may:

Unfortunately we do not provide upgrades for hotels on the Las Vegas strip.

We provide such inexpensive pricing on tours because group bookings allow us to get a more economical price and pass on those savings to our customers.

We cannot upgrade the hotel reservation for only some passengers as it does not provide the same benefits as a group booking.

The hotel typically used for this tour is the Stratosphere hotel on the strip.

This hotel is 3-3 1/2 star hotel.

You may reserve a hotel closer to the strip at your own expense; however, you would need to transport yourself to/from the tour group to join the activities.

The price of the tour would stay the same as a package tour, inclusive of transportation and hotel accommodations regardless if you make your own hotel arrangements.

Hello, I am going to book this tour on DEC 20. However, I do not see any review or questions about this tour. Is this tour unpopular? or What if there is no one who wants to join this tour? Then this tour would be cancelled? or could be operated only for me? (Assuming an extreme case)

My arrival time is on 17Nov at 3.30pm & departure is on 22Nov'12 at 10.15pm (for international flight). Is that I able to join this tour and whether I can reach the airport on time before my departure time on 10.15pm because I saw your notes mentioned international flight is advisable to be after 11.30pm. The theme park tickets are not included in our $355.00 price, but when making the reservation step 3 on the easy book you will select to include the admission fees that will be $160.00 per person.

The price of this tour starts at $99.00 per person.

However, weekend or holiday pricing at the hotels may increase the cost of this tour.

As 12/8 is a Saturday, the increase is due to the increase at the hotels during that weekend.

My questions are as follows: 1. If we take your above package from 25.12.2012, according to your schedule on the Home page, we would be spending the 30th and 31st night (Day 6 and 7)in Las Vegas. 1. The Day to Day itinerary, is not confirmed until 1 week before the tour departs.

The day to day itinerary must remain flexible incase the tour guide needs to re-route the tour due to weather or traffic conditions.

2. Typically, these tours are always departing, it is rare when these tours cancel, but we do need a miminum number of passengers to join the tour.

3. Yes, you can take advantage of the "buy 2 get 1 free offer", please be sure to add the 3rd passenger to your reservation and the price will automatically adjust itself.
