Yes if you start this 3-Day tour on 12/19, you will return on 12/21.

We usually get back to Los Angeles during 6:30pm-7:00pm but there may be 30-60min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.

Hello, firstly for fuel surcharge, i found it is included in the pricing section you mentioned, pls. double confirm it. Secondly, how long about the free time we have? Can we spend the free time on Guano Point, Indian Village, the Western Town and Colorado River. Does there have any additional cost, pls. clarify. Thanks a lot and looking forward to your reply.

Hi Sophia:

For this tour, the fuel surcharge is included in the price of the tour, as mentioned in the pricing tab for what the package includes.

Unfortunately, you will not have enough free time to visit the places you have mentioned.

This tour is approximately 7 hours long, from the time of pick-up at your hotel.

It will only travel to the locations listed on the itinerary.

Minimal free time is alloted to you during the visit to the Grand Canyon overlook, the time spent on the Skywalk, as well as your meal time, in order to take pictures and explore.

Hi, may i enquire about all tours: if i have booked a tour package online, but the tour is not sold out or filled eventually, will the tour be cancelled last minute or will the tour still be executed? As i do want any last minute disruption to my travel plans. Thank you very much for your help!

Hi Anna:

If we confirm your reservation, it is set for departure and we guarantee your seat on the bus.

Very rarely, if ever, are tours cancelled under short notice, but we make every effort to put you on an alternate tour or assist you in any way possible if that does occur.

In certain circumstances, such as extreme weather, the tours can be cancelled for the safety of our customers.

Most tours do need a minimum amount of people in order to operate.

If there are insufficient people for the tour on your chosen date of departure at the time of booking, we send you a notification that the tour is subject to re-confirmation until more passengers join the tour.

We also provide you with alternative tours similar to the one you have chosen that are confirmed to depart.

We update our tours and their availability on a daily basis.

If a tour is sold out, the website will not allow you to make a purchase for that tour, and will indicate that the tour is sold out.

For bookings that are made on short notice (3-5 days before departure), even though the website does not show that the tour is sold out, it is possible that the seats are filled before your reservation is processed.

Reservations are processed on a first come/first served basis.

We do recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of emergencies, personal or otherwise.

Most tours are confirmed within 2 days of making a reservation.

I am looking at booking this tour for two people on wed the 2nd January 2013. We will need to be picked up in Vegas at Ballys at 2pm. Is it possible to stay on board and depart the tour in Los Angeles on the 4th? Could you also tell me the itinerary for this time please, and where we will be dropped off in LA ? Also, how cold is it going to be at the Grand Canyon as we are from Australia!? Thanks

Hi Amanda:

If you start the tour in Las Vegas, you would need to depart in Los Angeles.

This tour would not return to Las Vegas after the overnight stay in the Grand Canyon, as the tour will go straight to Los Angeles on the third day.

The availibility of the tour starting in Las Vegas depends on the number of passengers booked for that starting point on specific travel dates.

Once you make your reservation, we will be able to confirm if on your travel dates, the tour will start from Las Vegas.

Please note that during the winter months, it is more likely for the tours to depart first from Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a timed itinerary for the tour as it depends on weather and traffic.

Please refer to the pick-up locations under the Easy Book section of the tour page, as they are also the drop-off locations.

In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

Currently the weather in the Grand Canyon during the winter months ranges between 40-60 degrees Farenheit.

Hi may:

Unfortunately we do not provide upgrades for hotels on the Las Vegas strip.

We provide such inexpensive pricing on tours because group bookings allow us to get a more economical price and pass on those savings to our customers.

We cannot upgrade the hotel reservation for only some passengers as it does not provide the same benefits as a group booking.

The hotel typically used for this tour is the Stratosphere hotel on the strip.

This hotel is 3-3 1/2 star hotel.

You may reserve a hotel closer to the strip at your own expense; however, you would need to transport yourself to/from the tour group to join the activities.

The price of the tour would stay the same as a package tour, inclusive of transportation and hotel accommodations regardless if you make your own hotel arrangements.

Is that I able to join this tour and whether I can reach the airport on time before my departure time on 10.15pm because I saw your notes mentioned international flight is advisable to be after 11.30pm. The theme park tickets are not included in our $355.00 price, but when making the reservation step 3 on the easy book you will select to include the admission fees that will be $160.00 per person.
